A decision has been made, it took more time than usual because this is not any usual topic that we deal everyday.

The incident started in the topic Anime Share/Exchange Protocol. The user xCross got Banned because of the posts he made were insulting to the Members and Admins. (Read Rule# 8 below)

The Forum Rules and Guidelines Clearly states:


Any sorts of discussions can get heated up. But it is unwise and unacceptable to insult other member(s) because of the situation. (Read Rule# 1 above)

In the topic Anime Share/Exchange Protocol xCross admitted himself that the posts he made were insulting.


After a series of discussions, it was decided that we will lift the ban of xCross. We will lift the ban because we think it has served the purpose. The purpose was to make him realize that in any situation, nobody have the right to Insult other members. Also, it was not meant only for xCross but for All the members to realize the facts (Rules and Guidelines of the Forum).

Members' Opinions are valued in the forum. But it is also necessary to keep in mind that while posting, one should remember and realize that others don't get insulted or similar by his/her post(s). Members may agree on the facts but may not agree on the hypothetical posts of the poster. The post(s) should be clear on what you are trying to say and also it should be on topic. Civilized and constructing posts are always welcomed in the Forum.

Banning members is not an easy thing for any community. But it'll be applied to keep things under control.


As for Wasio, he will be demoted and will be kept under observation for sometime. A warning has been already issued and will get Banned if he continues unwanted behavior.

Of course you can't explain in words because you do not know the whole story. If you've read the whole Topic, then you might have know what really was going on.

Members are allowed to post civilized, constructive posts. They are not allowed to post that insults members.



As you see I've shown my respect to what he said. Why would i insult the member whom I've shown my respect.



xCross may never sold anime but his repeating posts of how he has spent to collect anime and how anime aren't free made us think that he may sell it if not now but in the future. His consistent support for the anime sellers made us think that way.

As a fellow Admin you should know that there are Forum Rules that every forum must follow.



He should've gotten banned the instant he made that post. Still I didn't because he sent me a PM saying how sorry he was. So I gave him a chance. But he was persistent in making the same posts. Then we had no alternative.

xCross you can use your a/c now, and Deep2504 username will be removed. So, please don't use Deep2504 anymore.

he was a staff member so they should have thought about it a little more before taking any action
it's not that easy to upload animes rather not using the speed to download sth and he did that

Either Staff or Regular member, Rules are equal for everyone.

Exactly, rules are for everyone regardless of rank or position.

Of course it's not easy to upload anime but if he did, he did it because he wanted to and not because anyone forced him to.

Hey dude, just incase you didn't know, he has been unbanned... he has a warning though but so does wasio (ex-Global mod) so that goes to show that are for everyone

so, don't u think banning him to shut his point of view is not just correct?
people against him should have talked back at him or argued with him and then shut him up
by the way, what did wasio do?

we argued with him many times and then we banned and again after much argument we un-banned him
any way wasio broke some rules and he got warning and punishment.

We never banned him to shut his point, he was banned for breaking rules and to make him realize that under any circumstances nobody has the right to insult other members. Debating is no excuse for hurting others feeling, though I would hardly call that a debate, imho, it seemed more like defending and dragging a highly arrogant personal point of view to me.


Hello, if you go through the Sharing thread and read all the post you will probably notice in the replies that they just did that, while I wasn't here then and didn't participate in that debate, I read all the posts there and from a neutral point of view, I found most of xCross's arguements monotonous and repetitive, people were explaining him again and again.
