The extraordinary power that Kouichi obtains puts him and everything around him on a sudden rollercoaster ride of battles, intrigues and friendship! During the course of his adventure, the boy starts to learn what life has to offer; he meets new friends, bids farewell to the old ones, but most of all he now has considerable responsibilities and is forced to confront the world around him.

My Thoughts:

Outside of Gundam and Evangelion, I have never really given mecha stories a shot so I decided to check this one out. The art work, for me, is really the driving force behind me reading this. It is definitely well done and crisp... though it can get a bit confusing during the fight scenes. I guess, it would be akin to Bleach in the sense that sometimes, its just hard to follow what is going on - lots of giant explosions and chaos.

Being only three volumes into the series so far, the story itself, isn't anything unique or "cutting edge". But there is definitely a nice pace to it. It is fast moving and makes you want to read more - which is always a good thing. Definitely looking forward to reading more :3
